On March 27, 2006, the university entrance examination for Director Specialty students of Anhui University started at comprehensive building in Jang Huai campus. The recruitment examination was authorized by Anhui University itself which was ended 8 days later. During the examination, Lu Qinyi, secretary of CPC Party Anhui University, Ye Hua, vice secretary of CPC Party of Anhui University, Yang Jiaqin, secretary of Discipline Inspection Committee and Du Xianneng, Li Renqun, vice presidents of Anhui University all inspected the examination site by themselves. Guo Qi, chief of normal recruiting section of University Recruiting Office of Anhui Province with other comrades also inspected the examination site and satisfied the working and organization of this examination accomplished by Anhui University.
    Anhui University is going to recruit 60 students for Director Specialty this year according to the recruiting plan, and half of them will be trained to be comperes and players, the rest will study drama and film. There are 1,050 students apply for studying in Anhui University which increased 50％ compared to 2005.
    The average application to enrollment proportion reached as high as 17.5: 1. This year the number of the examinee was numerous, and the competition was intense.
The whole examination was divided into two steps which were preliminary examination and secondary examination. All the procedures were processing under surveillance from Disciplinary Inspection Department, which made examination go fairly.
