Recently, the provincial Propaganda Department, provincial Organization Department and the provincial CCP Committee honored openly 15 CCP Committee theory—learning group and 15 secretaries of these groups. The CCP Committee theory—learning group in our University was chosen as model unit. The former director of Propaganda Department in our university, Xuan Hong, was appraised as the model person of the learning group.
