On May, 19, the warm-up game of 2007 PoboCup began at the University of Science and Technology of China. Two football teams from the School of Computer Science and Technology at our university took part in the game and one of them got the third place.
This game was held by the Chinese RoboCup Commission and the University of Science and Technology of China. The purpose of this game was to warm up the RoboCup2007 game held in America and the 2007RoboCup held in Ji Nan and provided an opportunity for robot football teams in our country to communicate and practice. This game included two parts: two D group and four leg group. The football teams from our university took part in the two D game which had all together 25 football teams. After fierce competition, one of our teams got the third place. The team from the University of Science and Technology of China and the team from the University of Zhe Jiang respectively got the first place and the second place.
