On the afternoon of June, 9, the mobilization meeting marked the beginning of the task of correcting papers of the entrance examination to colleges at our university. The task began formally on the afternoon of June, 10 and would last till June, 19.

All the teachers who would correct the papers had been chosen and appointed. There were altogether 1311 teachers and 90 working staff, including 860 teachers in the group of Chinese and 451 people in the group of Comprehensive Arts. All these people were chosen strictly according to the regulations of the provincial examinations authority. Those teachers who are unhealthy, with diseases like heart disease or hypertension, or having family members to attend this examination were not allowed to take part in correcting papers.
