At eight o’ clock on Sep, 16, the preliminary evaluation experts convened a preparing meeting in Jian Guoying Hotel. The deputy director of the national evaluation experts committee of the Ministry of Education, former vice president of Fu Dan University, the leader of experts team Sun Laixiang chaired the meeting. The deputy director of preliminary evaluation experts team, former CPC secretary of Hu Nan University, member of evaluation experts committee of the Ministry of Education Liu Guangdong, the vice director of preliminary evaluation experts team, former president of Anhui University of Technology Dong Yuanhu and members of the experts team attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed the grouping of experts and working procedures. Working plans like listening to classes, skill tests and material reading were decided.
