On the afternoon of September 10, a meeting was held to welcome new teachers at our university and honor some old teachers. The leaders of our university and relevant departments, new teachers and teachers awarded attended the meeting.

The CPC secretary of our university Lu Qinyi read “the decision on learning from Li Shixiong” in the meeting. President Huang Dekuan encouraged all the teachers at our university to learn the “four wishes” proposed by Huang Jintao, learing from Li Shixiong, working hard and caring about students, striving for the development of our university. Vice President Du Xianneng, announced the names of teachers who are awarded prizes. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Wang Yuankuo.

During the meeting, leaders of our university awarded prizes to some teachers. Representatives of teachers also made separate speeches.
