| On the afternoon
of Oct, 17, professor Seth R Marder from Georgia Institute of
Technology, a famous expert in nonlinear optical material, was
employed as a visiting professor of our university. The vice
president Wang Yuankuo awarded letter of employment to him.
After the ceremony, professor Seth R Marder gave a report entitled
as ¡°Perspective on Organic Photonics and Electronics¡±. 200 teachers
and students from the College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering
listened to the report and communicated with him. He also visited
some laboratories and the new campus.
